Sending Information To Us

Important:  Always retain all your original documents.

Our preferred method of transmission (and the cheapest) is e-mail  We are able to receive, translate, and integrate MS-Office Excel format spreadsheets, MS-Office Word formatted documents, and PDF files into our cost reporting and accounting software.

If electronic transmission of your documents is not possible, our preferred shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, with tracking numbers.  This shipping method is almost always less expensive than utilizing a private courier and generally arrives within 2-3 days.  We also recommend the use of a tracking number with all USPS Priority mail.  The USPS generally does not charge extra for this service, unless you choose to require a signature upon delivery.

If for any reason you need to transport documents by private courier (Federal Express, UPS, DHL, etc.), we recommend that you check the appropriate box on the shipping label indicating that no delivery signature confirmation is required.  MFS maintains a locked courier delivery box for securely storing your shipment. This box is checked and emptied on a daily basis. Your courier will keep a record of when your package was delivered to our secure box, so you'll know when your shipment arrives.

Any documents shipped by private courier which require a signature confirmation could take an additional 1-2 days past normal delivery times.
